ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF PAIA-SADDA-MAHANNAVO: ONLINE PRAKRIT DICTIONARY

The English translation of Paia-sadda-mahannavo, a Prakrit-Hindi dictionary by Pt. Hargovind Das T. Sheth is moving fast. It is decided to make it available in four volumes. The first two volumes have been successfully completed. The first volume includes all the words starting with vowels (a-o) and the second volume includes words staring with alphabet k to alphabet ṇ. The dictionary can now be accessible online through prakritdictionary.isjs.in

The English translation of Paia-sadda-mahannavo, the renowned Prakrit-Hindi dictionary by Pt. Hargovind Das T. Sheth, is progressing rapidly. Planned in four volumes, the first two are now complete:

• Volume I: Words beginning with vowels (a–o)
• Volume II: Words beginning with consonants k–ṇ

The dictionary is now accessible online at prakritdictionary.isjs.in
