ISJS invites applications for its five-week residential International Summer School for Jain Studies (ISSJS.2026-5W), scheduled from June 18 to July 22, 2026, in Pune.

Program Highlights

• Rigorous study of Jain philosophy, ethics, and culture
• Visits to sacred temples and pilgrimage sites
• Dialogues with Jain ascetics and householders
• Independent research on a chosen theme in Jainism
• Earn 5 academic credit units upon successful completion

Graduate and doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers, and faculty in Philosophy, Religion, Indology, Anthropology, Theology, and related fields are encouraged to apply.
