WORKSHOP ON VALUE EDUCATION FOR SCHOOL TEACHERS CONCLUDES IN PUNE
The program aimed to inspire teachers to integrate values of nonviolence, discipline, and harmony into their personal and professional lives, thereby strengthening teacher–student relationships and fostering a positive learning environment. Sessions combined lectures, discussions, multimedia, and interactive activities to provide practical insights into Jain philosophy and self-development.
The workshop was inaugurated by ISJS Director Dr. Shrinetra Pandey, who introduced ISJS and outlined the objectives of the program. Workshop Director Dr. Navin Srivastav served as the key resource person, while Dr. Sandeep Kiswe, Principal of Shri Parshvapragyalaya Gyan Sanskar Mandir, coordinated the event. Certificates were awarded to participants at the conclusion.
The workshop proved highly impactful, equipping educators with a deeper understanding of values and motivating them to apply these principles in education and daily life.
