ISJS is now accepting applications for the three-week International Summer School for Jain Studies (ISSJS.2026-3W), a fully residential program to be held in Pune from June 18 to July 8, 2026.
Who Can Apply
Applications are open to a wide range of scholars, including undergraduate students in their third and fourth years, graduate and doctoral candidates, post-doctoral researchers, and full-time teaching-cum-research faculty.
While the program welcomes participants from diverse academic backgrounds, priority will be given to those specializing in Religion, South Asian Studies, Indology, Anthropology, Theology, and related fields, ensuring that the program fosters meaningful engagement with Jain philosophy and culture among scholars most closely connected to these disciplines.
