ISJS SIGNS LANDMARK MOU WITH KYOTO UNIVERSITY

ISJS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the prestigious University of Kyoto, Japan, marking a significant milestone in the global expansion of Jain studies.

This collaboration will foster academic cooperation, research, and cultural exchange. The centre will serve as a hub for interdisciplinary dialogue, enabling scholars and students in Japan to engage deeply with Jain philosophy, ethics, and culture, resulting in a setting a dedicated Jain Studies Centre at Kyoto University.

The MoU reflects ISJS’s vision of making Jain studies accessible worldwide and strengthening international partnerships. By joining hands with Kyoto University, ISJS continues to build bridges across continents, ensuring that Jain thought contributes meaningfully to global academic and cultural discourse.
