CHAIRMAN JAINA-ALC VISITS ISJS IN PUNE
On April 12, 2026, Dr. Nitin Shah, Chairman of the Academic Liaison Committee of the Federation of Jain Associations in North America (JAINA), visited the Abhay Prabhavana Museum and Knowledge Centre in Pune and engaged with ISJS.
During his visit, Dr. Shah interacted with ISJS faculty members and students of the Bhagwan Mahavira Prakrit Fellowship Program, exchanging views on the importance of Prakrit studies and the role of ISJS in promoting Jain academic research globally. He expressed appreciation for the new initiatives undertaken by ISJS, particularly its efforts to expand digital learning and strengthen international collaborations.
The visit was guided by Dr. Shrinetra Pandey, Director of ISJS.
