Apply by July 10 for the 9-month Bhagwan Mahavira Prakrit Fellowship (BMPF), starting September 2025! Interviews
are underway, and four candidates have already been shortlisted for the 6th BMPF batch. Applications remain open
for outstanding candidates passionate about Prakrit studies.
Eligible applicants hold a graduate or higher degree in Philosophy, History, Indology, Languages, Linguistics, or Religious Studies. Preference is given to those with knowledge of Jain studies and proficiency in Hindi, Sanskrit, or Prakrit.
This fully residential program, conducted in English with Roman transliteration, takes place at the ISJS campus in Pune, India. Exceptional candidates will receive fellowships covering accommodation, meals, and study materials.
