APPLICATIONS OPEN: ISSJS.2026-3W - THREE-WEEK RESIDENTIAL SUMMER SCHOOL IN JAIN STUDIES

ISJS invites applications for its three-week residential International Summer School in Jain Studies (ISSJS.2026-3W), to be held from June 18 to July 8, 2026.

This structured academic program is designed for:

• Undergraduate students (third and fourth year)
• Graduate and doctoral candidates
• Post-doctoral researchers
• Full-time teaching-cum-research faculty

We particularly welcome scholars specializing in Religion, South Asian Studies, Indology, Anthropology, Theology, and related disciplines.

Program Highlights:

• Immersive learning in Jain philosophy, culture and practice
• Visits to Jain temples and heritage sites in Pune
• Interactive dialogues with Jain practitioners
• Academic engagement with Jain cultural and philosophical frameworks
