The Bhagwan Mahavira Prakrit Fellowship program celebrated the
successful completion of its fourth batch on May 28, 2024. This unique
initiative, dedicated to the study and preservation of the Prakrit
language and Jain literature, continues to make significant strides in
promoting scholarly research and education.
The four participants of the Class of 2024 – Samyak Modi (Mumbai,
India), Anahita Hoose (Los Angeles, USA), Leonardo Stockler (Sao
Paulo, Brazil), and Harshit Mishra (Delhi, India) paid gratitude towards
the program and were happy to receive their graduation certificates.
They departed for their individual homes, carrying both a heavy heart
and a resolute determination to engage with Prakrit in their life’s
pursuits.
