ISSJS.2024-TFP announced for Teaching For Peace this summer
ISJS announces its 3-week Teaching For Peace (TFP) summer program from July 1-21, 2024. ISSJS.2024-TFP is designed for teachers & educators who wish to integrate practical non-violence into their lives, classrooms, and schools.
This course provides an experiential opportunity to integrate practical nonviolence into their lives, and classrooms. It includes discussions on the application of nonviolent social interactions like tolerance, equanimity, forgiveness, friendship, and self-restraint to make the classroom environment favorable for learning based on the philosophy of Gandhi and Jainism.
