Shri Adinath Digambar Jinbimb Panchkalyanak Pratishtha Mahotsav was also graced by Home Minister of India Amit Shah who gloriously spoke on the importance of the celebration and the influence of Kanji Swami on his life. Cabinet Minister Piyush Goyal and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel also attended the celebration on different days. The grandeur of the event included the optimal use of technology in the presentation of the plays and dramatization of the five grand events of a tirthankara’s lifetime: conception, birth, renunciation, omniscience, and liberation.
Kanji Swami, a twentieth-century Jain practitioner, delivered discourses on the Jain doctrine of the soul for about forty years and pioneered the spiritual revolution. He exercised his principles at Songadh which is now a hub for the practitioners of the Digambar Jain doctrines.
