The International School for Jain Studies ‘ISJS’ (A Division of Amar
Prerana Trust) has embarked on an exciting new chapter by relocating
its campus to the premises of the Firodia Institute of Philosophy,
Culture, and History ‘FIPCH.’ Effective from August 16, this strategic
move places ISJS in the serene town of Parawadi, approximately 20
kilometers away from Lonavala.
FIPCH is dedicated to enhancing the understanding of Shraman and
Jain core values, raising awareness of their antiquity, present-day
relevance and crucial impact of Indian value system. This centre is
established by Amar Prerana Trust, founded in 1991 by Shri Navalmal
Kundanmal Firodia.
The migration of ISJS to FIPCH promises to be mutually enriching.
ISJS, known for its rigorous programs in Jain studies, will now benefit
from FIPCH’s scholarly ecosystem. The move to the FIPCH campus
opens up new avenues for research, dialogue, and cross-disciplinary
engagement. Students and scholars at ISJS can look forward to a
vibrant academic community, access to FIPCH’s extensive library, and
interactions with experts across various fields.
