5th Bhagwan Mahavira Prakrit Fellowship 2024-25 to begin from September 1
Eight (08) participants have been finalized for the 5th Bhagwan
Mahavira Prakrit Fellowship program 2024-25 which is to begin on
September 1, 2024.
The fellows of this residential program will get to study Prakrit for nine months to gain an in-depth understanding of the ancient Indian language which is also the chief language of Jain canonical literature. Not only the participants are preparing to arrive at the new ISJS campus, but also the ISJS is on its toes.
After four successful batches, ISJS announced the fifth residential program. The fellowship covers the cost of study materials, boarding, and lodging in India apart from learning from the experts. The fellowship is secured for the best and the most competent candidates as the program is determined to produce serious scholars of Prakrit.
