Lecture by Dr. Shugan C. Jain at Savitribai Phule Pune University
Dr. Shugan C. Jain, Founder and President-ISJS, will deliver a lecture on Historicity of 22nd and 23rd Tirthamkaras at Savitribai Phule Pune University on April 18, 2024. The lecture will discuss the historicity of the tirthamkaras Neminath and Parshwanath of Jain tradition.
The lecture is organized by Seth Hirachand Nemchand Jain Chair at the university. It commemorates Mahavir Jayanti, the auspicious occasion of Tirthamkara Mahavira’s Janma Kalyanaka. ISJS supports the academic activities organized by the chair.
